Claire has been the Centre Manager at Trewen Meadows since 2019. With a lifelong passion for both horses and coaching, she brings over 20 years of experience to the role. Her career is marked by a range of professional achievements, including the BHS Senior Coaching qualification, the DTLLS teaching certificate, and most recently, the RDA Coach Certificate.
Before joining HRDA, Claire worked as an Equine Lecturer, where she shared her in-depth knowledge of the equine industry with young people, helping them to develop both their riding skills and horse care expertise. Her dedication to education and equestrianism continues to inspire the HRDA community today.

Kate joined the team in September 2024 and brings a strong background in equestrian coaching. She is an RDA Group Coach and a qualified Pony Club Level 1 Coach, working with the Golden Valley Pony Club, Radnor, and West Hereford Pony Club.
Kate holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Equestrian Sports Science and is an accomplished rider herself, having successfully evented her own horse up to BE Novice level and competed at Medium Dressage.

Allison joined Trewen Meadows in May 2023 as a part-time groom, caring for our eight horses. She is also an RDA Group Coach.
With over 30 years of experience in horse care and management, Allison brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the team. Before joining us professionally, she generously volunteered her time at HRDA.

Vicky is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) degree. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. With nearly 23 years of experience, Vicky has worked extensively within the NHS as well as in independent practice.
Her expertise focuses on neurological conditions and developmental disorders in children and young adults. Vicky has also broadened her scope to support individuals with complex needs and residential adults with neurological disorders, utilizing hippotherapy as a specialized treatment approach.

David Harding – Chairman
David is a Chartered Engineer with an impressive career as a commissioning engineer in the nuclear industry. He has held Director and C-suite roles in multinational chemical and healthcare corporations, both in the UK and overseas. David has successfully managed and led major capital projects valued at over £20 million.
Sarah Wells
Sarah is an accomplished senior project manager with over 15 years of experience across agricultural and professional business sectors. She holds a PRINCE2 qualification and has expertise in sales, customer service, retail strategy, and operations. Sarah demonstrates exemplary skills in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Tammie O’Leary
Tammie holds an MSc degree and has built a successful career in animal healthcare, management, and communications. She has significant experience managing high-profile national campaigns, delivering staff training, and supporting business development in the veterinary industry. Tammie excels at building strong, trust-based relationships and harnessing the power of social media to achieve business goals.
Rachel Keefe
Rachel is the Director and Owner of Business Checkmate Ltd, a nationwide marketing and communications consultancy. She holds an MSc in Business Psychology and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Additionally, Rachel is a certified CIPD trainer and an accredited British Horse Society Instructor.
Claire Morgan Jones
Claire has over 21 years of experience in Investment Banking, working in bond trading, sales, IT, disaster recovery, and programme management. She later transitioned to project and programme management roles in local government. For the past 14 years, Claire has worked as a fundraiser in the education sector. She has also served as a trustee for a small charity, treasurer for a local church, and company secretary for several small firms.
Jenny Hough is an expert in equine performance bodywork, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing and athletic ability of horses through specialized manual therapies. With extensive training and experience, Jenny works closely with horses to improve their movement, flexibility, and recovery, supporting both their physical health and performance goals.
Her holistic approach combines knowledge of equine anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic techniques to address muscular tension, imbalances, and injuries, helping horses achieve optimal condition and comfort.

Our team of specially trained ponies are the heart of our Riding for the Disabled program. Calm, gentle, and full of personality, each pony is dedicated to helping riders of all abilities gain confidence, build skills, and enjoy the magic of horseback riding. They’re not just ponies—they’re loyal companions, patient teachers, and trusted friends to everyone who visits.
